I have now been active for over 23 years in the field of recruitment & selection, executive search and interim management.

Due to my broad experience in recruitment and selection, I like to operate as a professional sparring partner for both clients and candidates. My challenge lies in really understanding clients and candidates and thus making the perfect match. As a result, I have a long-term relationship with many clients and candidates. Many candidates often continue to work with great pleasure after a long time at the company where they were introduced by me at the time.
I mainly work in the fields of Finance, Marketing&Sales, Management and Operations.

After studying economic geography at Utrecht University, I held various management positions in the business community. I also worked as an organizational consultant for several years. In England I obtained a Masters Degree in Business Administration (MBA) from Henley Management College. Since 1993 I have been active as a managing consultant within Employment Services.
